Content policy

This Content Policy (this “Policy”) is expressly incorporated in HatchPath’s terms of use agreement. All terms defined in that terms of use agreement (excluding the policies) have the same meanings in this Policy.

No Member may require, request, or offer or provide any incentive to, another Member to move any current or future Coaching Session off the Platform, including by:

1. contacting another Member before booking a Coaching Session to move it off the Platform;requiring, requesting, or offering or providing any incentive to, another Member to call, text,
2. message, email, or otherwise contact the requesting Member through a non-HatchPath communications method;
3. requiring, requesting, or offering or providing any incentive to, a Member to book a future, repeat or subsequent coaching session off the Platform;
4. requiring, requesting, or offering or providing any incentive to, a Member to create an account or register on any other website through which services that are the same or similar to the Platform are offered;
5. cancelling an existing Coaching Session and rebooking the session off the Platform; or
6. including any type of link in any Content that would take a Member to another site for the purpose of selling any goods or services, including Coaching Services, off the Platform.
