Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At HatchPath, coaching sessions are reserved specifically for you. Once booked, your coach holds that time for your session, and we ask that all users respect their time and availability.
Cancellation Window: Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled *at least 24 hours in advance* through your HatchPath account.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows: If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled session or do not attend, the session will be marked as forfeited and the session credit will not be returned.
Repeated Missed Sessions: After two (2) late cancellations or no-shows, your account will be suspended. All upcoming sessions will be canceled, and your organization will be notified. Any remaining sessions may be reallocated to other members at your organization’s discretion.
