Off platform policy

This Off Platform Policy (this “Policy”) is expressly incorporated in HatchPath’s terms of use agreement. All terms defined in that terms of use agreement (excluding the policies) have the same meanings in this Policy.

This Content Policy (this “Policy”) is expressly incorporated in HatchPath’s terms of use agreement. All terms defined in that terms of use agreement (excluding the policies) have the same meanings in this Policy.

If you identify any Content that you believe breaches any of the terms contained in HatchPath’s terms of use agreement, including this Policy, you may report the suspected violation directly to any applicable Coach or to HatchPath at support@hatchpath.io.

1. does not appear to advertise for any goods or services to be provided outside of the Platform;
2. does not seek to direct individual or entity, including a partnership, to any third party website, except for exclusively non-commercial and educational purposes;
3. does not contain information that is not reasonably connected with the applicable Coaching Services;
4. does not constitute or contain spam, unwanted contact, or content that is shared repeatedly in a disruptive manner;
5. is not illegal and does not contain any descriptions or depictions of illegal or harmful activity; and
6. does not impersonate or attempt to impersonate any other individual or entity, including a partnership.

In addition, no Member may:

1. require or request any Member to pay any amount that is not required by the terms of any Coaching Session, as all payments must be processed exclusively through the Platform;
2. require, request, or offer or provide any incentive to, another Member to complete any review or survey respecting a Coaching Session off the Platform;
3. solicit another Member for that Member’s home address, business address, phone number, email or any other contact information outside of the Platform; or
4. sell, share, or otherwise use for any purpose, other than a valid purpose in respect of the Platform, any other Member’s home address, business address, phone number, email or any other contact information.
