Job Description: We are seeking a creative and talented Content Creator to work with us on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for producing engaging and informative content primarily for our Instagram account, with the potential to expand to other platforms. This position involves creating a variety of content types, including posts, stories, reels, and videos that align with our brand and mission. Compensation is provided on a monthly retainer basis for a set amount of content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a content strategy specifically for Instagram, with potential expansion to other platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Create high-quality, engaging, and original content for Instagram posts, stories, reels, and videos.
• Research industry-related topics and incorporate current trends to drive engagement.
• Collaborate with the HatchPath team to ensure content consistency and alignment with brand voice.
• Monitor content performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve engagement and reach.
• Stay updated on social media trends and incorporate new ideas and innovations into the content strategy.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, especially for Instagram.
• Excellent writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
• Strong understanding of Instagram’s algorithms, trends, and best practices.
• Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software).
• Ability to create visually appealing content, including graphics and videos.
• Experience with other social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) is a plus.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
• Passion for health and wellness.

Compensation: This role offers a monthly retainer based on the delivery of a set amount of content. The retainer amount is competitive and commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
