Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic HatchPath Sales Operator to join our team. This hybrid role combines sales responsibilities with customer support tasks, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. As a key player in our growth strategy, you will be responsible for identifying and securing corporate/NGO/Non-Profit clients who can benefit from our wellness coaching services, as well as providing exceptional support to our existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential corporate clients and decision-makers.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to secure new business.
- Present HatchPath’s wellness coaching solutions to corporate clients through virtual meetings, calls, and presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
- Provide excellent customer support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the HatchPath team to tailor wellness programs to meet the specific needs of each client.
- Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring they have a smooth start with our services.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in corporate sales, preferably in the wellness, health, or related industry.
- Strong understanding of corporate wellness programs and their benefits.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer service skills and a client-focused approach.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
- Passion for health and wellness.
Compensation: This role offers an hourly rate based on experience, ensuring a stable and predictable income. The hourly rate is competitive and commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
