Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Corporate Wellness Sales Representative to join our team. As a key player in our growth strategy, you will be responsible for identifying and securing corporate/ NGO/ Non Profit clients who can benefit from our wellness coaching services. This role is strictly commission-based, offering you the opportunity to earn based on your performance and success in driving sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential corporate clients and decision-makers.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to secure new business.
- Present HatchPath’s wellness coaching solutions to corporate clients through virtual meetings, calls, and presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the HatchPath team to tailor wellness programs to meet the specific needs of each client.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in corporate sales, preferably in the wellness, health, or related industry.
- Strong understanding of corporate wellness programs and their benefits.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
- Passion for health and wellness.
Compensation: This role is strictly commission-based and hourly, offering high earning potential based on your performance. The commission structure is based on HatchPath’s corporate earnings, which is 10% of the allocation size from the organization. For example, if a company allocates $100,000 towards coaching, HatchPath earns $10,000. The sales rep’s commission is a percentage of HatchPath’s earnings. The commission structure is as follows:
- 10% commission on HatchPath’s earnings up to $10,000.
- 12% commission on HatchPath’s earnings between $10,001 and $20,000.
- 15% commission on HatchPath’s earnings above $20,000.
Hourly at $20/ hour – max 5 hours per week (If no sales in 3 months no hourly)
