Our Story
Built from experience.
Designed for real life.
HatchPath wasn't created from theory. It was born from a long, uncertain period of recovery — and the belief that healing doesn't happen alone.
The Founder
Jordan's Story

Our founder, Jordan Dunin, didn't set out to build a wellness company. HatchPath was born out of necessity, recovery, and a deep belief that healing doesn't happen alone.
After becoming seriously ill and suffering a traumatic accident that resulted in a broken neck, Jordan entered a long, uncertain period of recovery. Progress wasn't linear. Answers weren't obvious. And traditional, one-size-fits-all solutions didn't work.
What did make the difference was something far more human: a care team.
Through coaches, practitioners, and mentors across physical health, mindset, nervous system regulation, and goal setting, Jordan began rebuilding — not just physically, but mentally and emotionally.
Over time, that recovery led to something remarkable:
Completing an Ironman
Building a career rooted in impact
Starting a family
Discovering a calling to help others
HatchPath is the result of that journey.

The Dive
From The Regulated Leader — available now
"Canada Day weekend in Muskoka always felt like freedom. I was twenty years old, recently back from a semester abroad in Australia — my life expanding in every direction. I was heading into my fourth and final year at Queen's University. Everything felt aligned. My trajectory was clear, upward, accelerating. At twenty, it's easy to mistake momentum for invincibility."
"That afternoon, I dove off the boat without hesitation, without calculation — just instinct. I misjudged the depth. When I hit bottom, it felt almost soft, deceptively so. But my spine compressed violently, and my head rolled forward with enough force to tear muscle from bone."
"At the hospital, the doctors stitched my scalp with fifteen staples and sent me home. That decision felt relieving at the time. It confirmed what I wanted to believe — that nothing serious had happened. I was young, athletic, resilient. This would pass."
The Invisible Collapse
"Nearly one hundred percent of my suffering was invisible to others. I wore a neck collar for years, but even that didn't explain the internal chaos. My nervous system felt like it was on fire. I couldn't sleep. Crowded places triggered panic. My body existed in a constant state of hyper-alertness, as if it were scanning for danger that wasn't there."
"People would look at me and say, 'You look fine.' I wasn't fine."
"At my lowest point, I did not believe I would get better. I believed this state — this constant dysregulation — was permanent. I felt broken in a way that ambition could not fix and effort could not override."
The Real Diagnosis
"For years, I searched for a diagnosis that would explain everything. The traumatic brain injury gave me language. Lyme disease gave me validation. But even as I collected explanations, something inside me knew they were incomplete."
"The real diagnosis was stress. Not the emotional variety we dismiss as temporary. This was prolonged, unresolved activation. A nervous system that had been shocked by trauma and never recalibrated. My body had not malfunctioned. It had adapted. And adaptation, when sustained long enough, begins to look like identity."
"That realization was both destabilizing and relieving. Destabilizing because it meant the issue was not a single event I could surgically correct. Relieving because it meant I was not weak. I was not defective. My body was responding exactly as it had been designed to respond to prolonged stress."
Rebuilding
"The beginning of rebuilding did not feel hopeful. It felt humiliating. I had always believed that effort produced results. That discipline closed gaps. That pushing harder solved problems. But my body did not respond to pressure. It responded to safety."
"There was no dramatic breakthrough moment. Rebuilding looked repetitive and almost unimpressive. It was made of small, consistent adjustments that signaled safety — walking without music so my senses could settle, leaving overstimulating environments before panic forced me out, saying no to commitments that exceeded my capacity."
"Safety first. Then capacity. Then performance. I stopped trying to win against my body — and started working with it."
The Problem
Why HatchPath Exists
Most wellness programs fail because they place the burden on the individual.
They ask people to:
Jordan knew firsthand that when someone is overwhelmed, burned out, or navigating a life transition — more decisions are the last thing they need.
HatchPath was built to remove friction and replace it with guidance.
Our Approach
The Care Team Philosophy
Healing, growth, and performance rarely come from a single intervention.
The right support
At the right time
From the right people
That's why HatchPath is built around a concierge-led care team model. Every individual is matched intentionally. Every journey is personalized. And support evolves as life changes.
There is no single path — only the one that works for you.

Real Impact
From Client to Coach.
Following a successful Army career, Michael battled dark anxiety and depression after suppressed combat trauma caught up with him. In 2017, he almost took his life. He found HatchPath through Operation Healing Forces.
"I had many sessions which rebuilt my confidence, creativity, and love of life."
A few months ago Michael joined HatchPath as a coach — now helping others find their path to healing just as he did.
Our Coaches
Every coach has a story.
