Dr. Steven DeAngeles
Internal Medicine & Concierge Healthcare Expert
Dr. Steven J. DeAngeles was in private practice in Internal Medicine for 30 years at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago. He completed his residency at Northwestern University in 1992 and then served as chief medical resident for the 1992-1993 academic year. Following his chief residency year, he held major teaching positions at Northwestern, including as associate firm chief from 1993 to 1998. He won numerous teaching awards, including the Dean's award for teaching excellence. After building one of the largest traditional practices in the city of Chicago along with his teaching responsibilities, he transitioned into Concierge medicine.
Candice Rosen
Registered Nurse, Social Worker, Nutritionist & Author
Candice Rosen is a Registered Nurse, Social Worker, Nutritionist, Researcher, Certified Health Coach and author. She is the creator of the Pancreatic Nutritional Program (PNP) and the Data Driven Diet (DDD). Her books, The Pancreatic Oath and The Pancreatic Oath Journal were published in 2011. Her third book, Forget Dieting! It's All About Data Driven Fueling was released by Rowman & Littlefield in 2020.

Karen serves as Senior Vice President of Private Wealth Management at Capital Wealth Advisors. Her role involves crafting detailed financial and investment plans tailored to the goals and objectives of high-net-worth individuals and their families. While pursuing her education at Florida Gulf Coast University, Karen was a student athlete. She proudly represented her home country of Honduras in global competitions, including the 2012 Olympic Games. Karen now resides in Naples, Florida, with her husband Dan and their daughter Anna Maria.
