Overview
Partner: Operation Healing Forces (OHF)
Population Served: Special Operations Forces (SOF), veterans, family members, and caregivers
Support Model: 1:1 personalized coaching with concierge support
Operation Healing Forces supports individuals and families who have operated under extraordinary physical, mental, and emotional demands. Many members are navigating major life transitions—retirement from service, leadership changes, family strain, or cumulative stress from years of high-stakes environments.
OHF partnered with HatchPath to extend support beyond events and clinical touchpoints—providing accessible, confidential, human support that meets people where they are.
The Challenge
The SOF community faces unique barriers to care:
- High operational tempo and chronic stress
- Transition-related anxiety, overwhelm, and identity shifts
- Physical manifestations of stress (sleep disruption, digestive issues, panic)
- Limited access to personalized, non-clinical support
- Stigma and friction associated with traditional care models
OHF needed a solution that could:
- Scale beyond in-person programs
- Reduce administrative burden
- Offer flexible, dignified support
- Use funds efficiently and transparently
The HatchPath Approach
HatchPath delivered personalized, 1-on-1 coaching through a secure, virtual platform—supported by a concierge experience designed to drive follow-through and trust.
Personalized by Design
Members were matched with coaches based on goals, preferences, and lived experience. Coaching areas included:
- Mental & emotional resilience
- Life & career transition
- Leadership & performance
- Health & wellbeing
- Fitness & physical optimization
- Purpose, spirituality, and mindset
Concierge-Led Experience
Every participant received:
- A discovery intake and concierge kickoff call
- Pre-scheduled sessions to maintain momentum
- Warm coach introductions
- Ongoing concierge support throughout the journey
Built for Real Change
Coaching followed a bi-weekly cadence, beginning with a 50-minute deep-dive session and continuing with consistent 1-on-1 sessions to support sustainable growth—not quick fixes.
