Client Reviews

"Angie and I had an enlightening first session. She created a safe space for openness and vulnerability, and guided the conversation in a way that helped me uncover areas of myself that need more attention and growth. I am already looking forward to our next session."

"Another great session. Angie has a way of guiding the conversation so we cover a lot of ground in a short amount of time, while still making sure we're tackling the things that matter most to me. She doesn't just listen. She asks the right questions and helps me connect dots I wouldn't have seen on my own. Her insight and understanding have been invaluable. I always leave our sessions feeling like I've made real progress. Looking forward to the next one."

""Today Angie and I dug into difficult conversations, specifically ones I have had with peers and leadership. We dissected some real examples, identified where things went sideways, and worked back to where my values were in those moments. The thing that clicked for me is that when I feel least confident going into a hard conversation, it is because I am most disconnected from my core values. And when I lean into those values, even when the situation feels like it is pulling against them, that is actually where my confidence comes from. Not performing my way through it. Just being grounded in what I actually stand for.""

"Today Angie helped me connect my three core values: authenticity, connection, and generosity. The big thing I landed on is that inauthenticity is the root of everything. When I am not being myself, the spiral starts. I feel like others can see the façade, and I start to feel like I do not belong.Angie pointed out that disconnection is always my indicator. When I feel disconnected from someone in a conversation, that is my signal that I have stopped being authentic. They move together. She also reminded me to just be me all the time. If I am one version of myself for one person and different for another, I lose track of who I am and so does everyone else. If a space does not fit who I actually am, that is not mine to fix by shrinking. The anchor I am taking out of this session:We don’t do that anymore. Stop faking it and be confident that my true self is the person needed for the situation. "
