About Alisha
Alisha Goldstein is the founder of So Well Pilates and a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor based in Naples, Florida. With a background in athletics, including track and field and competitive cheerleading, Alisha brings a deep appreciation for movement, discipline, and the connection between physical health and quality of life.
Her journey with Pilates began as a way to better understand and support her own body, particularly while navigating scoliosis. That experience shaped her belief in Pilates as more than a workout — it is a practice that builds strength, restores balance, and supports the body through every stage of life.
Alisha completed over 600 hours of comprehensive Pilates training, studying classical methodology through a lineage under master trainer Matthew Comer, alongside a 180-hour apprenticeship with Rick and Amy Lademann of Beyond Motion. She is also barre certified and draws on her athletic background and continued study of movement to create thoughtful, individualized sessions.
Her teaching emphasizes the fundamentals of classical Pilates, prioritizing proper technique, alignment, control, and intentional movement over intensity for intensity's sake. She works with a range of clients, from former athletes and active individuals to older adults and those looking to improve mobility, rebuild confidence in their bodies, and maintain long-term independence.
Through So Well Pilates, Alisha aims to make Pilates more personal, purposeful, and accessible beyond the traditional studio setting. Her approach is rooted in the belief that movement should support the life you want to live — helping you move better today while investing in your strength, resilience, and longevity for years to come.
Pilates, with purpose.
