About This Event
Most of us spend our lives chasing the next goal, the next milestone, the next version of success without ever stopping to ask whether what we are chasing actually matters to us. Coach Michael Ogden has walked through some of the hardest terrain a person can navigate: trauma, the weight of military service, and the long road back to himself. And what he found on the other side changed everything about how he shows up, coaches, and lives.
In this session, Michael invites you to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with what truly matters. Drawing on his background as a U.S. Army veteran and certified coach specializing in trauma and the mind-body connection, he will guide participants through a process of honest self-examination: What are you actually prioritizing? What is your spirit hungry for? What does your body need to feel whole, not just functional?
This is not a productivity session. It is a session about alignment. The kind that happens when you stop operating on autopilot and start making intentional choices about how you spend your time, your energy, and your attention.
Participants will leave with a clearer sense of what means most to them, practical tools for reconnecting with their values under pressure, and a renewed understanding of what it actually means to feed the spirit and body in a way that sustains real, lasting performance.
Because thriving is not the same as surviving. And Coach Michael Ogden knows the difference.
