About This Event
Movement should make you more capable in everyday life. Not just in the studio, and not just in the mirror.
Join Jordan Dunin, founder of HatchPath, for a live conversation with Alisha Goldstein, founder of SoWell Social and a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor based in Naples, Florida.
Alisha's Pilates journey did not begin in a luxury studio. It began in a small, no-frills space where she experienced firsthand the power of thoughtful, individualized instruction. Then, soon after discovering Pilates, she lost her father unexpectedly. That season changed the way she saw health entirely. It was no longer about performance. It became about longevity, mental health, and quality of life. Soon after, an opportunity to pursue comprehensive Pilates training presented itself, and Alisha made the leap, trusting the feeling that life was too short to spend disconnected from work that truly mattered.
Today, Alisha holds a 600+ hour comprehensive Pilates certification under Matthew Comer, completed her apprenticeship at Beyond Motion with Rick and Amy Lademann, teaches alongside Emilie Bromley, and is a certified barre instructor. She works with clients of all ages and abilities, from beginners and active older adults to athletes and people recovering from orthopedic injuries or joint replacements. As a former competitive cheerleader and track athlete, she knows what it means to train hard, and as a coach, she knows why training smart matters more.
In this session, we'll dig into:
✅ Why movement is about building a body that supports your whole life, not just your workouts
✅ How grief and loss reshaped Alisha's entire philosophy of health, from performance to longevity
✅ What it actually takes to trust your intuition and change careers without a guarantee it will work out
✅ Why Pilates is for every body: beginners, older adults, athletes, and people rebuilding after injury
✅ What "moving well, living well" looks like as a sustainable daily practice, not a 30-day challenge
Because caring for your body is not about intensity. It is about building strength that carries you through every season of life.
Come as you are. Leave with a plan.
